Chunkyfish
Price: $235
A while back I received a pipe from another pipe maker, and was so taken it shape that I
decided to perform a re-imagining of the shape and "Kurtify" it a little. The result is much more robust in proportion,
with a longer stem, and slightly different treatments for a couple areas. Overall the shape is also slightly different, ensureing nobody will ever confuse the two.
I call it the Chunkyfish because it looks like a "traditional" blowfish (not discus!) that has put on a serious amount of weight, perhaps in the course of having consumed lots and lots of smaller fish. The stem is hand cut ebonite, and the bowl rises a slope to a fair whisp of a bowl rim.
