Heirloom Tomato
Price: $235

Every once in a while I hit on a collection of facets about pipes that I really enjoy, and lately that's been pipes that are on the shorter side, have an inset stem, have thick walls to aid in providing a cool smoke, and are robust in proportions. This pipe take on all of those features, similar to a tomato shape in the recent past, but leans toward the squat and wide heirloom tomatos that are making a comeback in gardens all over the world, mine being no exception. To finish this piece off, I opted to use some red brindled ebonite and give the pipe a color matching burgundy stain.
